Inserted in the diagnose phase of this project, the Itecons and ANQIP prepared and inquiry which is intended to ascertain the current situation in what concerns to the implementation of measures of adaptation to the climatic changes in the industrial and service sector. The information gathered will be used to identify constrains, critical climatic variables, vulnerabilities and impacts which allow the establishment of contingency measures and climatic changes adaptation.
